DescriptionStraight turned ebony handle, bulbous body with 3 cabriloe legs, top with finial and thumb piece. Decoration of garlands of ivy leaves, roses, etc. Copied by Mr. Stone at the close of his apprenticeship from an English piece. Marked on bottom 852., below rim J W D, lion passant tiger's head, date letter F, lion passant.
