DescriptionRight arm is restored, left thumb is partially broken off. Holes for nails at the hands and feet. Arms hinged below with iron eyes; left arm retains traces of what might be lead sheathing used to stabilize the arm in its extended position, nailed to the wood. The top of the head once had hair attached, of which a fragment remains. There was probably once a separate crown of thorns on the head.Polychrome is much more fragmentary than on the other figures. The garment was painted as patterned cloth with gilding; a more intact section survives on the left hip.
Pronounced corrosion on top of the head, shoulders, upper edge of garment, perhaps due to contact with lost components like hair, and/or due to accumulation of dirt on more horizontal surfaces.
