Descriptionobv. bare head of Augustus, to right, 'IMP.IX.TR.PO.V', in arc below, outwardly, line border;

rev. temple (of Rome and Augustus) showing six columns, on podium of five steps, Palmettes on top and sides, on the architrave, 'ROM.ET.AVGVST', left and right, 'COM.ASIAE', in field, line border; Note: Possibly, the temple is that erected in honor of Rome and Augustus at Pergamum, as a religious focus for the Commune Asiae. On the other hand, BMC lists the coin as that of the mint of Ephesus.
