Lower half attached to cowter of three lames, central lame constructed as closed bracelet form of moderate size. Cowter with broad elbow point, embossed with pronounced transverse ridge along its length. Lower lame attached to lower vambrace of two hinged halves securing on outer edge by a hole snapping over a peg.
Borders of cannons, cowter, and uppermost lame are inwardly rolled and are roped, except for elbow opening. Embossed race of upper cannons is decorated with thin, closely spaced pairs of file marks. Interior edges are marked with V-shaped nick.
