DescriptionSteel double-edge elliptical section blade reshaped at point. Iron hilt consisting of forward flattish open side ring, pair of quillons with comma-like terminals curved towards blade. Extending from forward quillon & recurving towards pommel is open knuckle guard. Iron lozenge section pommel, irregularly square & necked at mid-height, where it is pierced by pair of holes. Necked plain base & expanding conical button. Spiral wooden grip wrapped with twisted iron wire & having pair of small "Turk's heads".
