DescriptionGrey & tan flint or chert spearhead of flattened lozenge section. Triangular in shape, very attenuated. Each face worked to meet the other forming 2 edges running down from tip. Bottom 2 vertices have been worked off & taper towards end to form a tang.ProvenancePurchased by John W. Higgins on May 1, 1931 from W.O. Oldman (London, England). Given to the Museum on January 8, 1947. Collection transfer from Higgins Armory, January 2014.
