Description1 piece skull with 4 pairs of lacing holes from ear to ear across top; low roped double-combe with broad flat valley in between; restored plume-pipe; 2 restored nape lames. Terminal nape lame has a pair of lacing holes at the center rear. A repair or extension plate has been riveted across the face opening of the skull at the brow.

Bevor and visor pivoted at ears. Visor with divided ocularium and 12 horizontal breaths in 3 rows. Peaks and valleys of bellows marked by incised lines. Bevor secured with a restored sneck-hook.
