Label TextBohnen spent much of her career creating minimalist photographs and drawings that document the body in motion. For these self-portraits, she realized that if she kept her eyes locked, looking directly into the camera while moving her head, she could create a recognizable image of herself while simultaneously demonstrating physical distortion.
