DescriptionCylindrical socket; in front the adze blade issues from the mouth of an unidentified animal; to the rear the socket is backed by 4 smaller animal heads of similar form. The socket is wrapped by 4 double-bands suggestive of ties on earlier stone weapons.Weight is c. 8 oz. (unsure of the level of accuracy of the scales).
