Label TextTaishin-o Fujin is the Japanese reading of the name of Taichen Wang, a sister of the legendary Taoist Queen Mother of the West, Xiwangmu, guardian of the peach tree(s) of longevity. Here Taishin-o Fujin is shown as a high-ranking Japanese courtesan (oiran) riding among clouds, seated upon a dragon and playing a koto which is held across her left shoulder.
