Label Text"The idea," LeWitt famously wrote, "becomes the machine that makes the art." In this series, the artist adapted a deliberate, repetitive process of creating linear, square webs. The straight etched lines are methodically varied at 180 , 90 , or 45 from the edge of the plates.
