II of Ehon Tokiwagusa (A Picture Book of Evergreens); signed sakusha gako (author and conceiver) Bunkado Nishikawa Sukenobu (1671-1751); carvers Fujimura Zen'emon and Murakami Gen'emon of Osaka; preface dated 1730 (Kyoho 15); issued by Morita Shotaro of Osaka in the 8th month 1731 (Kyoho 16). In the garden of a dwelling, beside a plum tree in full bloom, a young woman has rolled a ball about the size of her head from new fallen snow; she is carrying it on her right hand covered by her long sleeve, to the house where another woman, seated on the engawa, holds out a dipper to receive it.
