Label TextScene from Act II of "Momo Chidori Oiso Kayoi" performed at the Nakamura Theater, Edo, in the first and second months of 1763. Yoshizawa Goroichi in the role of Koume, wife of Ume no Yoshibei, but actually Akoya in disguise, is shown walking under a willow tree carrying a folded Odawara lantern, and leading by the hand the boy Hodomaru, impersonated by Sawamura Kimpei. Double-check with Kabuki nenpyo for accuracy.
