Label TextA young couple are depicted are depicted walking in the snow, unfolding a long letter paper in order to read a poem. The youth holds an open umbrella across his left shoulder and has his right arm about the shoulders of the young woman. With his right hand he grasps one end of the paper, held by the woman in her left hand. Her outer kimono is decorted with a design of plum blossoms and round crane crests. His kimono is decorated with a design of rabbits and his haori with narcissus.
