DescriptionWood, carved cresting, turned legs and stretchers, back composed of five split banisteres (said to be more rare than chairs with only four. Cresting is usual, 2 c-scrolls one on each side of a fleur-de-lis form. Ball feet at front, rush seat. Purchased at Kennebunkport, ME., in 19thc by Grenville H. Norcross, then came to Mr. T.
