DescriptionThis skirt wraps as a traditional Qing skirt; however, it is cut down from a traditional style and made into a Westernized evening skirt, probably in China or Hong Kong. The skirt is lined in blue China silk with blue cotton at waist. The rhinestone button was probably added by Mrs. Lepore.
