Provenance5/11/1966 - purchased by Paul Revere Life Insurance Company (UnumProvident) from Mrs. Paul Fishman, granddaughter of Heathcote M. Woolsey who bought it 'probably when a member of the Walpole Society. Theodore Salisbury Woolsey wrote on American silver in 1896 and he and John Munro Woolsey were listed in the Walpole Society membership in 1917.
