Provenance"Grandma Gray" passed down the object in 1902 to two grandchildren, sisters Emily Gray and Marion P. Gray.. In 1921 the sisters passed the object down to their niece "Susie". Susie was the grandmother of the next owner, who released it for sale through a friend of his mother. Paul Revere Life Insurance Company purchased from Gebelein Silversmiths in 1978
