DescriptionSwivel eye, rectangular tread. The tread has been repaired, apparently during the object's working life. There is also a brazed repair, in addiiton to the iron reforging.ProvenanceGeorge L. Maxwell purchased by John W. Higgins on November 28, 1928 from Anderson Galleries (NY), lot 169.
