DescriptionBlued, with a cusped front plate that suggests the piece may have been designed to be wearable independently of a cuirass. Recessed edge with remains of gilding and holes for lining rivets; traces of early lining leather riveted around the neck. Lacks the interior paint of the breastplate and tassets. There are assembly holes on both plates at the points of the shoulders.
