DescriptionChair assembled from multiple pieces of wood, held together by metal nails and grooves. Four turned legs, swelling at the center, a flat seat made of two planks, serpentine forms for the arm rests and back rail. The chair rail, arms rests (supported by slender, turned posts with a ball at the center), and seat all demonstrate wear, suggesting use.
