DescriptionShort sleeved, moderately fine riveted links, c. 5mm interior diameter, c. 9mm ext, slightly flattened cross section. A few butted brass repair links. Slightly lighter links on underflap at collar. Lighter links and lighter weave also at collar and hem. Round rivets, slightly proud. Mail overlaps at neck slit.

Overlapped V-neck. Has been slit down L side from hem to armpit.
ProvenancePurchased by John W. Higgins on May 1, 1931 from W.O. Oldman (London, England). Given to the Museum on December 26, 1946. Collection transfer from Higgins Armory, Janaury 2014.
