DescriptionBleu lapis ground with gold border on top and bottom. Has large cartouche of white ground containing 2 polychrome birds in flight, one holding a branch with leaves and red berries or flowers. Cartouche surrounded by stylized, gilt palm leaves, joined at each end by cluster of gilt flowers as well as having cluster of gilt flowers on each side. Crossed L in heavy blue enclosing date letter B (1754) with a dot above, below and to each side. The whole surmounted by what might be a lozange.
