DescriptionTall-necked with globular body; flattened base, tooled while still hot to create shoulder; tubular body; slight neck constriction; folded in and flattened rim. Dark green glass (free blown). This simple bottle developed from early 1st-century tubular and short-necked types; replaced pottery vessels of similar types. 1st-2nd century AD. From the Troad.
