DescriptionSlightly curving scabbard for sword 2014.352.1. Wooden core with gloss back leather casing axially sewn closed on reverse. Sheet brass mounts at drag & mouth of scabbard, each fastened in place with brass staple. Mount at opening has squared brass staple on obverse for suspension. Reverse of this mount bears small stamped anchor device at mouth.
